What should I wear to my interview?
While your favorite jeans and tennis shoes are comfy, they’re just not right for the interview. Core Bank is a professional environment and business attire is preferred.
Where will my interview take place?
Our location at 12100 W Center Road is usually the place, although we may invite you to experience other locations, too.
Who will I meet during my interview?
Most interviews begin with Human Resources, but might also include the hiring manager and other members of the team.
I submitted an application, what’s next?
Once you’ve submitted your application, it will be reviewed by our Human Resources team, and qualified applicants will be invited to begin the interview process. Depending upon the position and a candidate’s qualifications, the interview process may include the following steps:
- Telephone interview
- In-person interview with Human Resources
- In-person interview with hiring manager(s).
- Background screening
How will I be notified if I’m selected to move on in the recruiting process?
Those candidates who are selected to move on in each step of our recruiting process will be contacted by phone by Human Resources or the hiring manager.

Your application will usually be reviewed within 5 business days. If you’re selected as a candidate, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps in the process.
